Job summary

Manay CPA, a global accounting and advisory firm headquartered in Atlanta, GA, seeks an experienced bookkeeper/accounting specialist to support onboarding, financial record maintenance, and monthly close. The role covers AP/AR, journal entries, and preparation of tax returns for individuals and corporations.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s in Accounting and CPA track preferred; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years professional experience in bookkeeping or accounting
• CPA track prioritized
• Experience in CPA firm is a big plus
• Fluency in Spanish and English

Responsibilities

• Assist client onboarding and engagements with defined processes
• Handle accounts payable/receivable, journal entries, monthly close and reporting
• Prepare tax returns for corporate and individual clients
• Maintain inventory records and monthly balance sheet reconciliations
• Support in year-end audit schedules and process testing
