Qualifications

• BS Degree in Marketing, Business, or related area.
• 3+ years of experience in Marketing, Customer Service, Sales, Planning or Finance.
• 1+ years of experience in an electronic components manufacturing environment preferred.
• Advanced PC skills in Excel and PowerPoint, including V-lookups and Pivot Tables.
• Ability to travel up to 25% as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain customer advocacy, acting as the voice of the customer to internal teams.
• Provide customer support to Product Managers, Project management, and other functions.
• Build relationships with OEM/ODM customers and manage key accounts globally.
• Support marketing and business analysis to forecast demand and actions.
