JumpCloud is a remote-first AI-powered unified IT management platform that secures modern workforces. We seek a revenue-focused account management leader to guide a 20+ person team and drive cross-sell across Americas, EMEA, APAC, and India.

You will collaborate with Product, Marketing, Alliances, and Professional Services to grow ARR. You will own global NRR and expansion targets, define best practices, and partner with marketing to shape roadmaps.

Qualifications

• 8+ years leading account management teams with a track record of expanding accounts and increasing ARR.
• Experience selling a technical SaaS platform into global customers.
