Job summary

Amphenol Communications Solutions, a division of Amphenol Corporation, seeks a Global Account Manager in Austin, TX to lead strategic customer relationships and drive design wins across OEMs and distributors. You will align product teams, forecast revenue, and shape growth plans for key global accounts while traveling to meet customers and partners.

Qualifications

• BS Business/Marketing with a technical background or BS Engineering with a Business/Marketing aptitude is required.
• Experience in field sales and applications on global account level customers with interconnect, passive, electromechanical components preferred.
• Knowledge of international business practices is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide sales leadership for a large Global Account Customers and collaborate with Field Applications Engineer and Business Units.
• Promote and sell Amphenol products with established customers and develop new prospects.
• Identify interconnect opportunities and work with customers' engineering teams to design in new products.
• Develop and implement sales plans and growth strategies for customers.
• Provide forecasts for Amphenol products broken down by customer.
• Meet and exceed sales quota via new design wins and channel management.
