Responsibilities

• Process orders in SAP with order entry, checks, and invoicing accuracy.
• Create picking tickets and bills of lading for non-online warehouses.
• Provide certificates of analysis and faxed invoices; process credit/debit memos.
• Review export documents for accuracy; ensure SOX compliance.
• Reconcile monthly inventory and report to Operations Accounting.
• Maintain SAP customer master data and coordinate new customer setup.
• Communicate with internal and external customers to meet requirements.
