Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Global Account Executive to grow new business within existing accounts and develop new opportunities across a broad portfolio of IT solutions.

The role is field-based with a home office setup and requires 3–5 years in field sales, strong C-suite engagement, and the ability to drive revenue and profitability. You will collaborate with Sales Leadership, Internal Support, and Training & Development to deliver SHI's portfolio to customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of successful field sales experience.
• Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet targets.
• Experience building relationships with C-suite and business leaders.

Responsibilities

• Develop business with existing customers and establish new customers using targeted sales techniques.
• Identify and manage opportunities in the sales pipeline to achieve quarterly and annual targets.
• Collaborate with internal support teams and external partners to deliver tailored solutions.
• Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with customers and partners.
