Job summary

SHI International Corp. seeks a Global Sales Sr. Account Executive to master our value proposition, drive revenue, and manage strategic relationships with existing and new customers. You will engage in senior-level negotiations, coordinate with support teams, and steer sales strategies to meet business objectives.

The role requires deep knowledge of customers’ IT priorities and market trends, with collaboration across pre- and post-sales functions to ensure exceptional service and growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a Field sales role.
• 5+ years of successful sales experience selling into Global Financial customers.
• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Currently hold any required sales and/or technical certifications.

Responsibilities

• Master SHI’s value proposition to exceed revenue and profit goals and oversee achievement.
• Leverage relationships with assigned customers, manage senior-level engagements, and develop strategic bonds.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with customers and partners.
• Solicit feedback to enhance service delivery and engagement.
• Lead contract discussions and finalize agreements beneficial to client and SHI.
• Understand customer objectives and IT priorities across stakeholders.
• Interpret sales metrics to optimize strategies.
• Collaborate with pre and post-sales teams to meet customer needs and sales goals.
• Increase market awareness by participating in local/regional events.
