Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant scientific or healthcare discipline required or Doctorate preferred.
• 11+ years in pharma/biotech/healthcare with experience in scientific communications, HEOR or market access.
• Experience developing/global publication strategies and communicating complex evidence to diverse audiences.
• Strong understanding of RWE/HEOR, epidemiology, health economics, and outcomes research.
• Experience with peer-reviewed publications and major scientific congresses.
• Ability to leverage AI, analytics, data visualization, and digital technologies.

Responsibilities

• Shape and lead global Access Scientific Communications strategy for RWE/HEOR and Market Access.
• Oversee publications planning and execution for RWE/HEOR and value evidence.
• Translate research programs into communication strategies for reimbursement and HTA discussions.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external experts to develop rigorous publications.
• Ensure adherence to publication standards and regulatory/compliance requirements.
