Takeda is seeking an Associate Director to shape publication strategies and translate scientific evidence into high-quality publications supporting market access objectives. You will lead planning and delivery of abstracts, manuscripts, congress presentations, and plain-language summaries, collaborating across Medical Affairs, Evidence Generation, and Global/Regional Market Access.

You will apply AI-enabled tools to improve planning, monitor performance, manage budgets, timelines, and mentoring,

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in a life science or healthcare discipline with 6+ years in biopharma.
3+ years in scientific publications or planning in global matrix.
Strong knowledge of drug development, trial design, biostatistics, and data reporting.
Familiarity with publication practices, authorship, disclosure standards, and reporting guidelines.
Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and mentoring others.
Experience applying AI and digital technologies in publications.
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
