Takeda is seeking an Associate Director to translate scientific evidence into high-quality publications supporting market access. You will develop publication strategies, oversee abstracts and manuscripts, and collaborate with Medical Affairs, Evidence Generation, and Global/Regional Market Access to disseminate evidence effectively.

You’ll drive publication quality, compliance, and derivative content while leveraging AI-enabled tools to enhance efficiency and stakeholder engagement.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in a life science or healthcare discipline.
• 6+ years in biopharmaceutical industry or closely related field.
• At least 3+ years of experience in scientific publications or publication planning in a global matrix environment.
• Strong knowledge of drug development, clinical trial design, biostatistics principles, and clinical data reporting.
• Knowledge of publication practices, authorship requirements, disclosure standards, and scientific reporting guidelines.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
• Experience applying artificial intelligence-enabled tools and digital technologies within publications or scientific communications.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex data clearly.
