Job summary

SwiftX is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor/Specialist in Hayward, CA. The role focuses on supervising DSP operations, enforcing quality protocols, and driving performance improvements across warehousing and logistics functions.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree with Mandarin proficiency, at least 1 year in last-mile or 3PL warehousing, and strong leadership. You will work with both in-house and third-party teams to ensure reliable, cost-efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; Mandarin bilingual required.
• Minimum 1 year in last-mile or 3PL warehousing/logistics experience.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and decision‑making skills.
• Able to perform under pressure in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Supervise DSP operations to ensure company standards.
• Develop and enforce QA protocols.
• Monitor performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Oversee third-party warehouse activities for reliability.
• Coordinate cross-border logistics from China to global markets.
• Lead budget management and KPIs for the team.
• Recruit DSPs and provide onboarding.
• Design training to improve service quality.
• Oversee regional fleet operations and cost control.
• Manage in-house and outsourced vehicle resources.
• Continuously optimize collection models and processes.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
• Handle daily operations and emergency responses.

Education
