Job summary

Coach, part of the Tapestry family, seeks an experienced professional to support the Global Props and Pop-Ups Production Program. You will coordinate production details, manage sample submissions, and assist with material sourcing for Coach Play stores, reporting to the Senior Manager.

The role requires 3+ years in 2D/3D production or visual merchandising within luxury retail, with strong organizational and communication skills and proficiency in SketchUp, Adobe Suite, and Rhino.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on experience in 2D/3D production, visual merchandising or installation.
• Demonstrated ability to contribute across multiple project phases and manage timelines.
• Clear written and verbal communication with vendors, designers and cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Support global Props and Pop-Ups Production from concept to install with the Senior Manager.
• Serve as day-to-day contact for vendors on production details and timelines.
• Facilitate sample submissions, tracking and feedback from lead designers and regional partners.
• Document approvals and maintain the material library for teams.
