Qualifications

• Experience with examining sample garments on and off models and modifying designs.
• Experience with CAD software – Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop.
• Experience selecting materials and production techniques for products.
• Experience developing, designing, or creating new applications, ideas, relationships, systems, or products.

Responsibilities

• Partner with internal Coach designers on seasonal development, product expectations, and deliverables.
• Pass trend and seasonal color palette to licensing team.
• Coordinate with internal teams to pass seasonal prints to license vendors.
• Create and implement a process to ensure all licensed product follows the correct approval process.
• Work with materials team to secure tie back materials across retail and outlets.
• Manage development calendar to ensure Coach design input is timely.
• Support license account on all approvals (hardware/trim/print) aligning with internal standards.
