• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects from planning through completion and track materials.
• Submit product data, samples and shop drawings; communicate with vendors and installation crews.
• Prepare and update project documentation such as ASIs, RFIs and change orders.
• Expedite vendor orders, resolve logistical issues, and maintain accurate records for timelines.
• Collaborate with operations team on shop drawings and vendor/product selection.
