Job summary

Portland Glass is seeking a Project Manager for Commercial Glazing in Bowdoinham, ME. You will lead projects from initiation to closeout, coordinating with customers, architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure a successful delivery.

The role requires 3+ years in commercial glazing project management, strong AutoCAD and contract knowledge, and the ability to manage budgets and schedules. In-office role with location options in Bowdoinham, ME or Lee, NH.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Project Management experience within the commercial glass, glazing, curtain wall, storefront, or building envelope industry.
• Experience managing commercial construction projects from award through closeout.
• Strong understanding of construction contracts, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project documentation.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents.

Responsibilities

• Lead Projects from Start to Finish.
• Manage commercial glazing projects throughout the entire project lifecycle, from project handoff and planning through closeout.
• Establish project schedules, milestones, manpower plans, and deliverables to ensure successful execution.
• Monitor project progress, proactively identify risks, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
• Drive Financial Performance by developing budgets, forecasts, and tracking costs.
