Job summary

Speedy Glass USA is hiring a Project Manager to lead flat glass projects in the Oregon Market. You will own the customer journey from estimate to installation, coordinating between customers, vendors, field installers, CSRs, and branch leadership to drive revenue and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include accurate estimating, planning, material coordination, and on-site project leadership, with a strong emphasis on safety and compliant execution in the field.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License required.
• 2–5 years of experience with residential flat glass.

Responsibilities

• Own every flat glass job from site measure to final transaction.
• Maintain full visibility of project timelines, costs, and deliverables.
• Conduct accurate field measurements and job assessments.
• Proactively solve project challenges and delays.
• Produce accurate and timely project estimates.
• Build profitable quotes using labor, material, and equipment calculations.
• Review project scope for upsell opportunities (hardware upgrades, coatings, warranty options).
• Improve quote-to-win ratio through professional follow-up and strong customer communication.
• Track and manage project margin integrity.
