SPS Corporation seeks a Superintendent for glazing and paneling projects. You will oversee field operations, coordinate crews, and ensure safety, quality, and timely delivery.

The role requires leadership, site management, and collaboration with project managers and contractors. Ideal candidates have 7+ years in commercial glazing or related fields, a solid understanding of drawings and schedules, and a commitment to OSHA standards and safety programs.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of construction experience with supervisory roles in glazing or related field.
• Strong ability to read and interpret architectural/engineering drawings.
• Knowledge of codes, safety standards, and quality control processes.
• OSHA 30 preferred; proven leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise on-site operations including glass installation, framing, and hardware.
• Coordinate daily activities and manage crews to meet milestones.
• Communicate with project managers, foremen, subcontractors, and general contractors.
• Monitor progress, ensure alignment with specs, and enforce safety standards.
• Lead daily site meetings and participate in production/handoff discussions.
• Maintain site documentation and manage field inventory and equipment.
• Train and mentor field staff; ensure proper job site setup and logistics.
• Ensure compliance with company safety programs and performance standards.
