Job summary

CSG Talent's Houston client seeks an experienced Glazing Superintendent to lead field operations on major commercial glazing projects. You will supervise crews, manage manpower and materials, and coordinate with Project Managers and General Contractors to deliver quality work safely and on schedule.

This hands-on leadership role requires strong glazing system knowledge, ability to interpret drawings, and a proactive approach to field issues.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of commercial glazing with field supervision experience.
Proven ability to manage glazing crews and coordinate multiple trades.
Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specs.
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regionally.

Responsibilities

Supervise and lead commercial glazing crews across active jobsites.
Coordinate daily manpower, installation activities, equipment and material deliveries.
Manage field installation of curtain wall, storefront, window systems and entrances.
Review architectural drawings and installation details.
Ensure work remains on schedule and meets quality standards.
Enforce OSHA safety standards on jobsites.
Communicate progress and field issues to Project Management.
