Qualifications

• One or more years of production experience as a helper.
• Basic knowledge of mixer procedures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare glaze/icing/filler and batches as described, operating table heights and kettles.
• Operate glaze/icing/filler machinery and monitor filler troughs to ensure quality.
• Oversee Honey Bun Fryer and maintain proper temperatures for product quality.
• Follow all food safety policies and site security requirements.
