Qualifications

• One or more years of production experience as a helper and basic knowledge of mixer procedures.
• No educational prerequisite; however, must have demonstrated ability to read, comprehend and record necessary information applicable to job.

Responsibilities

• Prepare glaze/icing/filling mixture and manage bagged ingredients.
• Operate lifting equipment and transfer ingredients to mixing kettle.
• Monitor glaze/icing/filler operations to ensure quality product.
• Oversee Honey Bun Fryer and maintain proper fryer temperatures.
• Follow all food safety, quality, and security policies.
