Qualifications

• No educational prerequisite; must be able to read, comprehend and record information.
• One or more years of production experience as a helper and basic knowledge of mixer procedures.
• Basic familiarity with SAP batch recording and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Prepare glaze/icing/filling mixture and transfer to mixing kettle.
• Operate glaze/icing/filler equipment and monitor honey bun fryer for proper temperature.
• Record batch counts and weights in SAP; follow safety, quality, and security policies.
• Fulfill work schedules and adhere to attendance policies.
