Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a Production Associate for the night shift to fabricate components for final window assembly in a fast-paced plant environment in the United States. The role requires standing, heavy lifting, and consistent operation of tools and equipment.

You will train during a multi-week period and may assist with delivering, wrapping, loading, and unloading materials. Benefits start on day one, with comprehensive health, PTO, and 401(k) offerings.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Must pass a background check and drug test.
• Prefer manufacturing experience.
• Prefer experience reading a tape measure.

Responsibilities

• Perform repetitive workstation operations to mass-produce windows, doors, and glass units.
• Train period may last up to 6 weeks, Mon-Fri 6a-6p.
• May support window operations in delivering, wrapping, loading, and unloading materials or windows.
• Operate hand or power tools, saws, welders, or routers.
• Read work orders, labels, and schedules.
