Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands, Inc. is seeking a Production Associate for the Glasshouse Day Shift. The full-time role involves fabricating components for final window assembly in a fast-paced environment with physical demands and heavy lifting.

Training may occur Monday through Friday, 6 a.m. to 6 p.m., with a 6 to 12 week training window. Spotlighted benefits start on day one, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, along with a shoe voucher.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a continual basis.
• Preferably with manufacturing experience.
• Preferably with experience reading a tape measure.

Responsibilities

• Train new employees on the job as needed.
• Perform repetitive workstation operations to mass-produce windows, doors, and glass units.
• May support window operations in delivering, wrapping, loading, and unloading materials or windows.
• Use hand or power tools, saws, welders, or routers as required.
• Read and follow work orders, labels, and schedules.
• Inspect products for defects and read measurements as part of the job.
