Job summary

Trulite Glass and Aluminum Solutions in Pacific, MO is hiring a Production Associate to support day-to-day manufacturing operations. You will handle glass items, operate equipment, and help ensure quality throughout the production process.

The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and teamwork. Candidates should be capable of lifting, standing for long periods, and following precise instructions while maintaining a clean work area.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1 year of warehouse/manufacturing/production experience preferred.
• Able to read, understand, and communicate paperwork and labels.
• Able to read and interpret basic measurements and use a tape measure.
• Willing to work in all areas of production.
• Flexible schedule (Mon-Fri with occasional weekends).
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Move glass from tables, furnace, racks, trucks, or crates for eight hours daily.
• Transport materials between positions to speed production flow.
• Read and attach labels and tags to products.
• Quality inspection, operate or manually maneuver equipment.
• Understand facility layout to ensure proper product flow.
• Perform different job functions on a rotating basis.
• Inspect products for abnormalities and notify supervisor of issues.
• Use a tape measure to verify product specifications.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area.
• Maintain regular attendance and comply with safety policies.
