Quality Glass & Mirror Service, based in Omaha, NE, is seeking an organized inside sales/coordinator to support estimating and customer communications. This full-time, on-site role sits between our estimators and customers, keeping quotes moving and ensuring timely follow-up. You’ll help buyers and vendors while contributing to higher win rates.

Reports to the Director of Sales. Strong Excel/CRM skills and a customer-focused mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in inside sales, coordinator, or estimating support roles in construction/building products.
• Experience buying materials for specific jobs or orders, or working with a shop floor is a plus.
• Very organized with trackers and records accuracy.
• Comfortable on the phone with contractors and vendors with strong follow-up.
• Able to push back on internal deadlines professionally.
• Solid with email, Excel, and CRM; Salesforce experience is a plus.
• Able to read basic quotes and learn our products.

Responsabilités

• Keep the estimating team organized by tracking quote requests, due dates, and owners in Salesforce.
• Send quotes to customers and be the main contact for questions, revisions, and re-quotes.
• Hold estimators to deadlines and escalate delays.
• Follow up on quotes and analyze feedback to improve pricing.
• Generate new quote activity and build client relationships via phone; monitor bid platforms for opportunities.
• Assist in purchasing materials for won jobs and track them through receiving.
