Job summary

Quality Glass and Mirror Service in Omaha, NE, is seeking a detail‑oriented Customer Service / Order Coordinator to join our team. You will process orders by phone and email and keep customers updated on order status.

You will work day‑to‑day with our operations, purchasing, and production teams to keep orders moving and help ensure on‑time delivery. You will learn how to quote standard and custom orders alongside our sales team. This role offers a friendly team culture and opportunities to grow.

Quality Glass and Mirror Service has been fabricating glass and aluminum products out of Omaha since 1985. We run an 80,000 square foot production facility and serve customers across the Midwest, from homeowners and contractors to architects and commercial glazing companies. In this role you will:

• Process customer orders by phone and email, and keep customers updated on order status
• Work day to day with our operations, purchasing, and production teams to keep orders moving
• Learn how to quote standard and custom orders alongside our sales team

Background and Experience Required:

• Comfortable on the phone and handling a high volume of customer communication
• Solid working knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook

Bonus points if you have:

• Experience in glass, construction, or manufacturing industries
• Willingness to learn new software, including ERP and CRM systems
