Job summary

Quality Glass and Mirror Service in Omaha seeks a hands-on, senior sales leader to grow our wholesale business. You will lead the outside sales team, define the sales motion, manage key accounts, and report to the CEO. You’ll split time between field coaching and selling, with travel around 25–50% as the business scales.

You must have 7+ years in B2B building products sales, a proven ability to grow wallet share, maintain margin, and build a durable sales process in a fast‑growing environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of B2B sales in building products or related sectors.
• Experience leading quota-bearing outside field teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and continuously improve the outside sales team and coordinate with inside customer service.
• Define account priorities, call cadence, pipeline stages, and Salesforce discipline.
