B&L Glass is seeking an experienced Assistant Project Manager for its Residential / Heavy Glass division in Santa Rosa. You will read plans, manage documentation from award to closeout, and coordinate with contractors, vendors, and field teams.

This role emphasizes independent problem-solving and owning project tasks without step-by-step instructions. You will help build relationships with general contractors, prepare submittals and closeout packages, and support cost tracking and change

Formación

• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Experience coordinating projects and preparing closeout packages.
• Strong written and verbal communication with contractors.

Responsabilidades

• Independently coordinate project activities, deadlines, documentation, and follow-up.
• Review drawings and specs to identify scope, materials, requirements, and discrepancies.
• Prepare submittals, RFIs, change orders, and closeout packages.
• Track progress and resolve delays, ensuring timely information flow.
• Coordinate with purchasing, vendors, field ops, and scheduling.
