The role is year-round, full-time and hourly, starting at $25 per hour plus experience.

Qualifications

• Hospitality experience required.
• Supervisory experience preferred but not required.
• Organized, dependable, attentive to guests and property details.
• Able to balance scheduled shifts with team leadership and longer-term operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Operations Team and manage the team schedule and coverage.
• Assist reservations and guest service, monitoring property standards.
• Coordinate with the General Manager and Engineer/Housekeeping Manager.
