Job summary

TESO Group seeks an experienced accounting professional to manage general ledger activities and month-end close for multiple entities in a fast-paced retail environment. You will handle balance sheet reconciliations, fixed assets, intercompany accounting, and prepare preliminary financial analysis while ensuring adherence to US GAAP and internal controls.

Proficiency with NetSuite/ERP and Excel is required; the role supports cross-functional collaboration and audits in a dynamic, growth-oriented

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2–4+ years in accounting, auditing, or finance.
• Experience with general ledger, month-end close, or balance sheet reconciliations.
• Experience with multi-entity environments and/or retail/consumer industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• General Ledger Accounting & Monthly Close for assigned entities and accounts.
• Balance Sheet reconciliations and account management across bank, prepaid expenses, accruals, fixed assets, leases, payroll, intercompany.
• Fixed assets, lease, and payroll accounting incl. ASC 842 and ROU asset/liability reconciliations.
• Multi-entity & intercompany accounting with monthly reconciliations.
• Financial statement and variance review with preliminary analysis of fluctuations and issues.
• Systems, processes & internal controls using NetSuite/ERP; support improvements.
• Audit support and cross-functional collaboration with AP, Revenue/Cost, FP&A, HR, IT, and Operations.
