Job summary

ITAC Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented accounting professional to own core GL accounting for multiple entities across ERP systems in Birmingham, AL. You’ll post journal entries, perform reconciliations, and run variance analyses, driving accuracy and process improvements.

This role requires a Bachelor’s in Accounting, 3+ years’ full-cycle accounting, advanced Excel, and comfort with multiple ERP platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required; Master’s or CPA preferred.
• At least 3+ years of full-cycle accounting experience across multiple entities.
• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables) with ability to analyze variances.
• Experience working across multiple ERP systems and data sources.
• Knowledge of Blackline or Power BI is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own core GL accounting for 4 entities across multiple ERP systems.
• Prepare and post journal entries and perform reconciliations.
• Conduct variance analysis and support inventory accounting processes.
• Assist with accounting integration for newly acquired companies.
• Rotate across systems as entity needs shift.
