Cohesity is hiring a General Ledger Accountant to help prepare a full, accurate set of financial statements and strengthen the accounting close as the company grows. You will report to the Sr. Director of Accounting and join the Finance and Accounting team.

This is a hands-on role. You will prepare journal entries, reconcile accounts, analyze variances, and review entries posted by the accounts payable team.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required.
• 3+ years of progressively responsible accounting experience.
• Strong working knowledge of GAAP.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Mansioni

• Prepare journal entries for the monthly close, including accruals and other adjustments.
• Prepare account reconciliations and review financial statements.
• Review open PO accruals, analyze variances and trends.
• Review journal entries posted by the accounts payable team.
• Perform balance sheet and income statement flux analysis with business owners.
