Job summary

Cohesity, Inc. is seeking a General Ledger Accountant to support month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis. This hands-on role reports to the Sr. Director of Accounting within the Finance team.

You will collaborate with cross-functional partners to resolve discrepancies, improve controls, and contribute to system improvements supporting rapid business growth. CPA or NetSuite experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required.
• CPA preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of GAAP.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills are essential.
• Excellent analytical and communication abilities.
• Experience with SOX controls is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare journal entries for monthly close and variances analysis.
• Reconcile accounts and review AP postings.
• Perform balance sheet and income statement analysis.
• Assist cross-functional teams on PO open discrepancies.
• Support audit schedules and census-related forms.
