Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, or related Engineering field.
3+ years in substation engineering, high-voltage equipment, or power systems.
Proficiency with 2D/3D CAD software (Creo, AutoCAD).
Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.
Experience creating and managing engineering documentation and deliverables.
Willingness to travel occasionally for meetings and site support.

Responsibilities

Lead GIS substation projects from concept development through installation.
Translate customer requirements into innovative, practical, and cost-effective solutions.
Develop substation layouts, drawings, and technical documentation.
Lead discussions with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
Coordinate material procurement, fabrication, and installation planning.
Drive design improvements, standardization, and cost optimization.
Collaborate with global engineering teams to ensure quality outcomes.
Ensure adherence to ISO standards, environmental requirements, and safety regulations.
