Job summary

Osmose is seeking 2 Project Coordinators for our Depew, NY office to oversee project-specific activities, ensure data quality, and meet delivery requirements. You will work with data technicians and the engineering group to optimize resources and timelines.

The role involves coordinating project setup, tracking, reporting, and communications with customers, with a focus on data-driven processes and adherence to contractual obligations. A bachelor's degree or related experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future
• Bachelor's Degree preferred or 1–2 years of related experience
• Some junior-level project management experience preferred
• Experience with ESRI GIS products (ArcGIS Pro, AGOL, Survey123, Field Maps)
• Proficiency in MS Office applications

Responsibilities

• Assists with directing data technicians within the team throughout the project lifecycle
• Coordinates data technician resources for assigned projects; provides feedback on productivity and performance
• Participates in project definition and setup including technical project setup and ensuring adherence to contractual obligations
• Assists Project Manager with data model creation, import/export configurations, mobile/configuration and data tracking
• Determines methods for project tracking and reporting; reviews completed projects and recommends process improvements
• Facilitates all project-related communications including status reports, calls, meetings and project website maintenance
• Ensures customer sign-off and documents lessons learned for future enhancements
