Job summary

Osmose is seeking a Project Manager to support field Steel Structure Services along the east coast power utilities sector. The role will plan, direct, coordinate and budget activities tied to Osmose's utility services and ensure objectives align with the contracted scope.

You will work with Osmose operations, delivery, engineering, business development, management teams and customers, representing the company in project meetings and ensuring milestones are met.

Qualifications

• 3-7 years of proven Project Management experience.
• Authorization to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Bachelor's degree in business or technical field preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Establish project objectives, policies, procedures and performance standards within company policy and contract scope.
• Track, manage and resolve project issues through the project life cycle.
• Interpret and explain plans and contract terms to staff, workers and clients.
• Formulate reports on progress, costs and scheduling for internal and external distribution.
• Implement and adhere to the project management process and methodology.
• Collaborate with contract administrators to manage financial aspects of contracts.
• Represent Osmose in customer facing project meetings and strategy sessions.
• Track and reconcile revenue, cost of goods, accruals and invoices using cost accounting principles.
