Qualifications
- Experience configuring, administering, and troubleshooting ArcGIS Enterprise (Portal, Server, Data Store, Web Adaptor).
- Experience with Safe FME ETL processes and IQGeo applications.
- Familiarity with vendor coordination and ITSM processes (ADO).
- Experience supporting GIS integration projects and platform health monitoring.
Responsibilities
- Act as primary GIS contact for the GIS team and business users; resolve incidents and service requests via ITSM and ADO.
- Configure and maintain ArcGIS Enterprise components and publish GIS services.
- Administer software licenses for Esri, Safe FME, and IQGeo; coordinate renewals with vendors.
- Coordinate with MSP and vendors to ensure NWN processes and policy adherence.
- Support ETL pipelines and topology operations for GIS data and network models.
- Assist in testing (SIT/UAT) and documentation to maintain production readiness.
