Job summary

NW Natural is seeking a GIS Platform Engineer to configure, administer, and support its modern Esri-native GIS platform. You will work with ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Pro, FME ETL, and IQGeo to keep back-office and field operations data synchronized and available as the enterprise modernizes from legacy systems.

This hybrid role requires on-site presence in Portland three days per week with flexible remote options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in GIS, CS, IS, Engineering or related field.
• Five or more years of experience with enterprise GIS platforms and integrations.
• Experience working with Esri ArcGIS Enterprise and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for GIS team and business users.
• Configure, administer, and troubleshoot ArcGIS Enterprise components.
• Publish and maintain GIS services from ArcGIS Pro to ArcGIS Enterprise.
• Perform root cause analysis and coordinate permanent fixes.
• Manage security roles, privileges, and licensing across tools.
