Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a GIS-related role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with ArcGIS Pro; familiarity with ArcGIS Online and related apps preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide GIS technical support to customers via Teams and email.
• Collaborate with GIS team and resolve GIS issues promptly.
• Conduct training sessions and develop user guides.
• Maintain technical documentation and assist with bug fixes.
• Stay updated on GIS technologies and trends.
• Assist customers in creating spatial solutions with guidance.
