Job summary

Katmai is seeking a Reachback Engineer Data integration (REDi) specialist to support the USACE Reachback Operations Center. You will develop, test, document, and service REDi and related GIS applications, focusing on ESRI ArcGIS Enterprise and data workflows.

The role requires strong proficiency in JavaScript, C#, SQL Server, and SharePoint, with experience in Azure DevOps and CI/CD within an Agile framework. Security clearance and US citizenship may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of professional engineering and scientific experience in design, development, documentation and operation of computer systems, software and databases.
• Design, develop, and maintain robust web applications utilizing JavaScript and C#.
• Develop and maintain OData services, REST APIs, web services, and other data-driven endpoints.

Responsibilities

• Respond to REDi portal update requests.
• Design, implement and manage ESRI ArcGIS Enterprise environments.
• Maintain documentation for hardware, software and data related to UROC applications.
• Create ArcGIS services and publish within ESRI ArcGIS Enterprise.
