Job summary

National Park Service is seeking a skilled Reachback Engineer/Data Integration professional to advance REDi and related USACE Reachback Operations Center projects. You will design ArcGIS Enterprise environments, develop web and data services, and support Azure-based cloud deployments.

Responsibilities include implementing ESRI tools, creating data workflows, and delivering user training with comprehensive documentation. A Secret clearance and Security+ are required or attainable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of five (5) years professional engineering and scientific experience in design, development, documentation and operation of computer systems, software and databases.
• Design, develop, and maintain robust web applications utilizing JavaScript and C#.
• Develop and maintain OData services, REST APIs, web services, and other data-driven endpoints.
• Develop, configure, and support SharePoint-based business applications.
• Create and maintain SQL Server stored procedures, views, functions, queries, and reporting datasets.
• Develop automated reporting and document-generation solutions using enterprise data sources.
• Develop and maintain interactive spatial data visualizations using ESRI ArcGIS tools.
• Configure ESRI Survey123 for field data collection.
• Provide user training and documentation; work within an Agile framework.
• CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps; cloud infrastructure in Microsoft Azure.
• Troubleshoot enterprise deployments and security considerations (Secret clearance, CompTIA Security+).

Responsibilities

• Respond to REDi website and geospatial portal update requests.
• Design, implement and manage ESRI ArcGIS Enterprise environments and data.
• Maintain documentation for hardware, software and data.
• Create ArcGIS services and publish within ESRI ArcGIS Enterprise.
• Install, configure, and maintain ESRI ArcGIS Enterprise infrastructure and MS SQL databases.
• Process and translate structured/unstructured data for ArcGIS Enterprise.
• Provide technical assistance for ArcGIS Enterprise servers and related services.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and Azure DevOps for software delivery.
• Support cloud infrastructure in Microsoft Azure.
• Conduct customer training and create user documentation.
• Participate in Agile sprints and ceremonies.
