Job summary

Katmai Government Services is seeking a skilled engineer to advance the Reachback Engineer Data integration (REDi) and related GIS systems for the UROC mission. The role focuses on developing, testing, and supporting ESRI ArcGIS Enterprise environments, data services, and cloud infrastructure.

You will collaborate in an Agile environment, implement CI/CD pipelines, and provide user training and documentation to ensure seamless system adoption across agencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an applicable discipline; or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of engineering and scientific experience in ERDC systems.
• Design, develop, and maintain web apps using JavaScript and C#.
• Develop REST/OData services and data integrations for reporting and ETL.
• Develop and support SharePoint-based business apps.
• Create SQL Server stored procedures, views and reporting datasets.
• Develop automated reporting using PDFs, Excel and Word outputs.
• ArcGIS Enterprise and geospatial dashboards experience required.
• Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines; Azure cloud experience.
• CompTIA Security+ or ability to obtain; Secret clearance possible.

Responsibilities

• Respond to REDi website geospatial portal update requests.
• Design and manage ESRI ArcGIS Enterprise environments and data.
• Maintain documentation for hardware, software and data related to UROC.
• Create ArcGIS services and publish them within ESRI ArcGIS Enterprise.
• Install, configure, and maintain ArcGIS Enterprise, MS SQL, and servers.
• Automate data processing and ETL for GIS data and imagery.
• Provide ArcGIS Enterprise administration support for servers and clusters.
• Deliver user training and create documentation for system adoption.
