• Master’s degree is an advantage; PhD preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize battery cell manufacturing processes.
• Oversee electrode fabrication including mixing, coating and drying.
• Improve cell assembly processes for precision and consistency.
• Support scaling of new battery designs into production lines.
• Analyze production data to identify inefficiencies and variability.
• Improve yield, reduce defects and enhance production stability.
• Collaborate with R&D teams to transition new technologies into manufacturing.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
