Ingram Content Group is seeking a Content Manager (Gifts & Games) to join the Wholesale Product team in a hybrid LaVergne, TN office. The role focuses on profitable vendor relations, procurement of stocked inventory, and managing a Gifts and Games catalog across channels.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree or equivalent B2B management experience with 3+ years in related areas and strong negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent B2B Management experience in publishing, wholesale retail bookselling, merchandising.
• 3+ years of progressive experience in 3+ of: Team Management, Purchasing, Sales, Distribution, Inventory Management, Project Management and maintaining significant supplier relationships.

Responsibilities

• Make buying decisions on content for an assigned group of publishers/vendors and research market trends for new vendors.
• Analyze and oversee product selection and vendor partnerships for Gifts and Games catalog across distribution channels.
• Negotiate procurement of stocked inventory and maintain profitable vendor relations.
• Provide vendor analysis including top/bottom vendors, SKUs, and inventory status.
• Participate in strategic reviews and make recommendations to drive profitability.
• Analyze vendor activity reports for KPIs like fill rate, inventory turn, aged inventory, and sell-through.
• Direct vendor activities to meet strategic goals.
