Ingram Content Group is seeking an experienced Content Manager (Gifts & Games) to join our Wholesale Product team in the LaVergne office. This hybrid role focuses on maintaining profitable vendor relations, securing ICG service offerings, and procuring stocked inventory for the Gifts & Games catalog.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent B2B management experience, 3+ years in team management or purchasing, and strong negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent B2B management experience in publishing, wholesale retail bookselling, or merchandising.
• Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in team management, purchasing, sales, distribution, inventory management, project management and supplier relationships.

Responsibilities

• Makes buying decisions on content for assigned publishers/vendors and researches market trends for new vendors.
• Analyzes and oversees product selection and vendor partnerships for Gifts and Games catalog.
• Negotiates procurement of stocked inventory and maintains profitable vendor relations.
• Provides vendor analysis including top/bottom vendors, SKUs, and distribution channels.
• Participates in strategic business reviews and makes profitability recommendations.
• Analyzes vendor activity reports for KPIs like fill rate, inventory turn, and sell-through.
• Directs vendor activities to meet strategic goals.
