Job summary

Institute for Justice is seeking a Monthly and Special Gifts Assistant to support IJ’s monthly giving, workplace giving and employer matching gifts programs. You will process donations, generate acknowledgements, and coordinate with Finance on monthly reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Process donations for the special gifts program and assist with the monthly giving program by creating and updating donation records in Salesforce.
• Generate letters of acknowledgement for each program with varied documentation needs.
• Coordinate with Finance to process changes during monthly reconciliation.
• Assist with online gift portals, vet new platforms, and complete ACH applications as needed.
• Provide input on cultivation strategies and outline the year's calendar with program manager.
• Assist in year-end donor statement mailing and other Development mailings.
• Log donor correspondence and keep data clean by updating records.
