Job summary

Giftd, a full-service corporate gifting agency, is seeking a motivated individual to support sourcing, pricing, and proposal creation for client projects. You will collaborate with Project Managers and ensure timely delivery of high-quality gifts that align with client needs.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, self-motivation, and strong communication in a team environment. Experience in promo products/events is a plus, and you’ll help uphold Unbridled and Giftd’s brand values.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in a professional office environment.
• Experience in the promotional products and/or event management industry is a plus.
• Exceptional communication skills – including written, interpersonal, and public speaking.

Responsibilities

• Learn, understand, and display clear understanding of our gifting services and vendors.
• Work closely with Project Managers on client projects.
• Accurately sourcing/pricing quality gifts that are relevant to our client’s needs.
• Assist in creating visually appealing gift proposals in PowerPoint for multiple client projects.
• Meet multiple concurrent deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Vendor management.
• Creating shipping labels, tracking boxes to their destination, and pulling tracking reports.
• Quality control of items that go out the door.
• Research and stay on top of gifting trends.
• Fulfillment assistance, includes custom packaging and shipment of packages.
• Embody the Unbridled brand and culture, including: character, change, credibility, and community.
