Shop Made in DC is seeking a Gifting + Experience Coordinator in Washington, DC. The role blends client service, project management and hands-on event support to bring locally made gifts and activations to life.

You’ll handle inquiries, curate products, coordinate details with makers, manage timelines and budgets, and provide on-site presence at events. This role offers diverse, hands-on work in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

Experience in client service and project coordination.
Ability to manage multiple moving parts and timelines.

Responsibilities

Manage client gifting projects from inquiry through production and delivery.
Help curate locally made products based on client goals and budget.
Coordinate event details including makers, materials, schedules and staffing.
Communicate with clients to keep timelines and next steps clear.
Build and maintain proposals, invoices, project details and internal timelines.
Work with local makers to coordinate products, customization and participation.
Provide hands-on, on-site support for client events and activations.
Switch between gifting, events and other Experience + Partnerships projects as needed.
