Job summary

College of Lake County seeks a Gift Processing Associate to ensure accurate and timely processing of charitable gifts and pledges, maintaining donor records and supporting financial stewardship for the Foundation.

You will manage gift entry, pledge administration, donor acknowledgments, and data maintenance in Raiser's Edge, while ensuring compliance with CASE standards, IRS regulations, and FASB principles.

Qualifications

• Required: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of four (4) years of progressively responsible administrative or related experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Enter and process all gifts and pledges in Raiser's Edge.
• Collaborate with Foundation colleagues to process gifts and event registrations.
• Prepare regular fundraising reports tracking progress toward annual goals.
• Create and maintain funds, appeals, campaigns, gift forms, batch sessions, and gift coding.
• Research and resolve gift-entry discrepancies; adjust past gifts as needed.
