Job summary

Amazing Grace Embrace LLC is seeking a Gift Giving Attorney to join the Gift Planning (GP) team. The role delivers gift planning, tax, and estate guidance through presentations and materials to donors, while aligning with GP policies and collaboration with internal departments.

Remote or hybrid work is possible; local (greater Atlanta) preferred. Occasional travel up to 20% is required to National and Local Offices.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate (JD) required with tax, estate, or nonprofit focus.
• Experience advising high-net-worth individuals and families preferred.
• Strong knowledge of charitable giving and estate planning laws.

Responsibilities

• Deliver gift planning services with high technical competence to donors and staff.
• Maintain input of giver activity in Salesforce and related systems.
• Collaborate with RMs and GP team on proposals, presentations, and articles.
• Travel up to 20% annually as needed for meetings and consultations.
